Intro
At the start of my design career, I specialized in helping small brands with their social media. I've worked directly with three small businesses to oversee all aspects of their social media including designing and writing social media posts and stories, providing customer support, and curating related content on a daily basis for over a year each. I also briefly worked with Schedult, a social media agency, where I created branded social media posts and wrote copy for 20+ clients from varying industries. As an individual freelancer, I was awarded a "Top Rated" badge in my first few months for delivering consistent quality work with stellar feedback on Upwork, a freelancing platform.
Some of my tasks included:

✦ Utilizing social media tools such as Tailwind and Later to schedule posts and track engagement
